The climate crisis is a maze of choices—complex, urgent, and deeply personal. Every decision we take, no matter how small, contributes to the trajectory of our planet. Climaze explores this reality, turning the abstract challenges of sustainability into a tangible, navigable experience.

It reminds us that change begins with the individual, yet its impact can reverberate globally.

Crafted entirely from recycled plastic, this labyrinth transforms Bryant Park into a living conversation about the choices shaping our planet’s future.

Divided into twelve distinct sectors, the maze represents the critical domains where sustainability and human decisions intersect—energy, water, food, fashion, waste, transportation, and more. At each junction, visitors face a choice: sustainable or unsustainable. Only by consistently navigating toward sustainability can one successfully exit to the other side.

Every turn in Climaze becomes a moment of introspection, every choice a metaphor for the impact of collective behavior.

Designed to challenge, inform, and inspire, the maze invites participants to reconsider their habits, empowering them with a deeper understanding of how small decisions can shape a more sustainable world. Climaze is not just a pathway; it’s a call to action, a journey where the exit is not just the end of the maze but a gateway to a more conscious and intentional life.
