Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Allison Ong Shreffler pursued her passion for architecture at the Pennsylvania State University, where she earned her Baccalaureate Degrees in Science and Architecture. Her professional journey began with an internship at a mid-sized architectural firm in North Jersey, where she quickly rose to become the design lead for various projects spanning residential, commercial, religious, and transportation sectors. Her exceptional skills and dedication led to her promotion as the Project Manager and Architect for multiple projects upon obtaining her Professional license.

In 1995, Allison founded AOS Architect, offering architecture, interior design, and construction administration services to residential and commercial clients. Concurrently, she co-founded a Design/Build company catering to the restaurant and hospitality industry, where her visionary designs played a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s reputation for delivering signature brands to each establishment.

Commitment to Community and Professional Excellence

Throughout her career, Allison actively participated in community organizations and was appointed to the planning board by the Mayor of River Edge, where her expertise in planning, zoning, and aesthetic issues made her a sought-after advisor in the community.

In 2008, Allison relocated to Central Pennsylvania, where she served as the Principal Architect in Charge at an Architecture/Civil/Survey Engineering firm before reestablishing her architectural practice in Central PA. Here, she continues to serve clients in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania while actively contributing her time to mentorship programs and serving as a contributing editor for Central Keystone Living Magazine.
